Why Leader Direction (LeaderDirection.com) ?
According to Gallup, only 21% of professionals worldwide are engaged at work, meaning that nearly 4 out of 5 people are physically present but emotionally absent.
The report also highlights that stress affects 40% of employees worldwide. This figure rises to 50% in regions such as Africa, the Middle East and North America.
Faced with this crisis of meaning, I chose action over observation. My career path, from industrial management to international organisations, has forged a conviction : we must shape leadership better. It was from this urgency and my personal inspiration that “Leader Direction” was initiated, a space dedicated to your sustainable professional fulfilment.
Who am I ?
I am Carine Toure Yemitia, and I believe that believe that success should never come at the expense of personal fulfilment.
A multifaceted woman — international manager, entrepreneur and mother of four — I have learned to navigate the complexities of the private and public sectors without losing sight of my goals. Then, what is my passion? The intelligence of life and conscious leadership.
